Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the Spanspek Music and Arts Festival, an annual event held in Orosi, CA, in Tulare County. The festival raises funds for high school scholarships, artists commissions, and for putting on the festival the following year.

P46 is a 3-piece jam band that mixes with genres such as blues, rock, reggae and minor elements of pop and punk. Jeff Fantone is the singer, songwriter and lead guitarist. Jeff is influenced by Jimi Hendrix, U2, and The Beatles. Jen Rendon (bass & background vocals) is very universal with funk, rock and reggae finger style playing. Her influences: Sublime, Tool and ZZTop. Dr. Buddah Love  (drums & vocals) is a hard-hitting, rhythmic pattern drummer influenced by Chad Sexton of 311 and Led Zeppelin's John Bonham.
